Protecting personal data matters. This website provides static information and documentation for Heine. It can be used without registration and without providing personal data.
This site does not actively collect personal data. In particular, it has no contact forms, tracking, analytics or marketing services, comments, or user accounts.
Responsible controller
The responsible controller for data processing on this website is the person named in the imprint.
Hosting
This website is hosted by netcup GmbH, Daimlerstr. 25, 76185 Karlsruhe, Germany. Its privacy information is available on the netcup privacy policy page.
The web server stores information in its log files, some of which a browser transmits:
- IP address
- date and time of the request
- requested page
- HTTP status code
- referrer URL
- browser and operating-system information
This data is used only for technical operation, security, and error analysis. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR, and the legitimate interest is the secure and stable operation of the website. Log data are stored separately and are not used for profiling.
Data processing
A data-processing agreement with the hosting provider is in place under Art. 28 GDPR.
Cookies and browser storage
This website does not use cookies or browser storage. Its colour scheme follows the browser or operating-system preference and is not stored by this site.
External content and services
This website does not embed external content such as YouTube videos, Google Fonts, or tracking scripts. Its scripts, images, stylesheets, and fonts are served locally.
SSL/TLS encryption
This website uses SSL/TLS encryption. Data transmitted during a page request cannot be read by third parties in transit.
Rights of data subjects
You have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict the processing of stored personal data, to object to processing, and, where applicable, to data portability. These rights mainly concern technically necessary server-log data. Requests can be sent through the contact address in the imprint.
Supervisory authority and right to file a complaint
You have the right to file a complaint with a data-protection supervisory authority. The competent authority is the authority of the controller's federal state of residence or seat.
